IN BRIEF. The Pantheon Apartments, holiday homes approved by ATP (Rome Tourist Authority), are 2 luxurious flats situated at about 10 metres from the Pantheon, in the heart of ancient Rome, at walking distance from Piazza Navona and Trevi fountain.
This 140 sqm apartment occupies the entire 3rd floor of an 18th century “palazzo” in a pedestrian precinct, they are elegantly furnished and fully equipped with all comforts; particularly characterized by timber ceilings and typical exquisite "cotto" tile floors

APARTMENT

This 140 sqm apartment is on the 3rd floor. The apartment is all on one floor and consists of one double bedroom, one twin-bed room, two living-rooms, one with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, one bathroom with hairdryer and a large tub. Air conditioning with remote control and an alarm clock in the bedrooms, one with little balcony. Satellite television and a compact disc player. Three large windows fill both living rooms with plenty of light. A fully equipped kitchen with microwave and traditional ovens, a toaster, dishwasher, washing machine and all the utensils necessary to cook and taste your favourite meals....

CONDITIONS

Booking Procedure. The Pantheon Apartment 1, thanks to Rome-Apartments.org, can be booked in the same way as a hotel. Simply complete the online booking form and submit. We will back with availability in 24 hrs max by email. You will be asked for your credit card details, this is necessary to make the booking. When your reservation is confirmed you will receive an e-mail confirmation that you will show when you check-in.

What your credit card will be charged at time of booking. Your card will be charged before your stay, with a Non-Refundable Down Payment: 40% of the cost of your total stay. At the check in, you will pay the rest 60% (see cancellation policy below).

The cost includes. water, gas, Independent central heating. Air Conditioning, electricity, linen, towels and final cleaning and taxes.

Cancellation policy. From reservation to 30 days before check in: 50%.
From 29 days to 15 days before check in: 80%.
After: 100%. No show 100%

Credit Cards.

Times. Check In from midday until 2pm. Check Out before 10am

If there is any damage found inside the apartment/suite, during the check-out time, will be calculated basing the amount to charge on Pantheon Apartments specific price list.
