IN BRIEF. Internazionale Domus is a wonderful
residence located in the heart of Rome, Piazza di Spagna.
A XVIII century building looking onto the most famous
steps of the world, Scalinata di Trinità dei Monti.
The furnishings are refined in every detail, the linen

context. In this marvellous environment you will find

How can you beat the view!!
Most of the accommodations have direct spectacular view
on the Spanish Steps! Suites are from 31 to 38 sqm: double
bedroom with separate kitchnette, big bathroom with shower,
air conditioning, direct telephone, hairdryer, TV. Suite
C and Suite D has an extraordinary view on the 'Scalinata'.
Apartments are from 65 to 80 sqm: double bedroom, livingroom
and a kitchen with dinning area; both have view on the Spanish
Steps, Apartment B has a charming terrace overlooking the
'Steps'. Pierret is a dream, probably one of the best flat
in Rome. |

Pierret Apartment [100 sqm]: two large
double bedroom, a magnificent living room of 50 sqm with
fresco-ceiling, fireplace and two windows on the Spanish
Square, one sofa bed for two and one sofa bed for one, 4
armchairs, table and chairs, kitchen, 2 bathrooms (shower
and bathtub), air conditioning, 2 direct telephones, hairdryer,
2 TV.

| CONDITIONS

Booking Procedure. The
Internazionale Domus Apartments can be booked in the same
way as a hotel. Simply complete the online
booking form and submit. We will back with availability
in 36 hrs max by email. You will be asked for your credit
card details, this is necessary to make the booking. When
your reservation is confirmed you will receive an e-mail
confirmation that you will show when you check-in.
What your credit card will be charged at time of booking.
Your card will NOT be charged but simply used to guarantee
the booking. The card will only be charged if you fail
to arrive at the apartment without prior cancellation
(see cancellation policy below).
The cost includes. Coffee, tea, juice
fruit, mineral water and cornetti for the breakfast of
the arrival day. Refrigerator, complete kitchen accessories,
daily cleaning and change of the linen (except Saturday
and holidays), eletricity, warm water, gas, heating, taxes
and services
Cancellation policy. For the Apartments
(A, B and Pierret): from reservation to 15 days before
check-in: 0%. After: 25% of the total amount of the stay
(deposit) will be applied as penalty. No Show: 25% of
the total amount of the stay (deposit) will be applied
as penalty.
For the Suites (C, D, E and F): from reservation to 15
days before check-in: 0%. After: 01 night will be applied
as penalty. No Show: 01 night will be applied as penalty.
Credit Cards. 
Times. Check in from 1400 and check out by 1100.
If there is any damage found inside the apartment/suite,
during the check-out time, will be calculated basing the
amount to charge on Internazionale Domus specific price
list.
