IN BRIEF. These warm and elegant apartments (50 sqm) are located in one of the best parts of the city centre: Navona Square. The four apartments are available on the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th floors and have been renovated with every comfort and a touch of elegance. Each apartment is modern and functional, comprising of a bedroom, a bathroom with a shower (bedding and towels provided), a sunny livingroom (with a sofabed) and a small fully equipped kitchen

APARTMENTS
Each apartment (around 50 square metres) is equipped with a bedroom, a livingroom with double sofa bed, a bathroom with shower, a modern kitchen with electric appliances, refridgerator, independent heating (adjustable in every room), air conditioning, antinoise casings, satellite TV and videorecorder, cot for babies (on request), double locks of security, video entry phone.

CONDITIONS

Booking Procedure. The Casa Navona Apartments can be booked in the same way as a hotel. Simply complete the online booking form and submit. We will back with availability in 36 hrs max by email. You will be asked for your credit card details, this is necessary to make the booking. When your reservation is confirmed you will receive an e-mail confirmation that you will show when you check-in.

What your credit card will be charged at time of booking. Your card will NOT be charged but simply used to guarantee the booking. The card will only be charged if you fail to arrive at the apartment without prior cancellation (see cancellation policy below).

The cost includes. Gas, electricity, refrigerator, complete kitchen accessories, water, linen and towels (weekly) air conditioning, TV Sat taxes and services.

Cancellation policy. From reservation to 31 days before check in: 0%.
From 30 days to 08 days before check in: 30%.
From 07 days to 01 day before check in: 50%.
After: 100%. No show 100%

Credit Cards.

Times. Check in from 16:00 to 20:00.
From 20:00 to 24:00 and from 06:00 to 09:00: 30,00 Euro of supplement.
From 01:00 to 06:00: 50,00 Euro of supplement

If there is any damage found inside the apartment/suite, during the check-out time, will be calculated basing the amount to charge on Casa Navona specific price list.
