It sleeps 5+1 people in one of the most pictoresque and funcy district of Rome, Trastevere. Two spacious bedrooms has been built in the two mezzanine floors with a double bed each. A sittingroom with a sofabed with french bed, one living room with kitchen corner, 2 bathrooms (both with shower) complete the apartment. Air conditioning and antinoise windows in every room, marvellous the ceilings with exposed beams. The apartment is on the first floor, no lift.

This Trastevere apartment is a mezzanine of 60 sqm that has two bedrooms and a sittingroom with a sofabed with French size bed, one living room with a kitchen corner that has been newly equipped with oven, refrigerator and all plates, glasses, silverware etc, 2 bathrooms with shower. Autonomous heating, air conditioning, washing machine and colour tv.

CONDITIONS

Booking Procedure. Simply complete the online booking form and submit. We will back with availability in 24 hrs max by email. To confirm your reservation a Payment is requested: 30% of the cost of your total stay by Bank Transfer. At the check in, you will pay the rest 70% of your total stay in cash or traveller cheques. When your reservation is confirmed you will receive an e-mail confirmation that you will show when you check-in.

The cost includes. gas, electricity, water, linen and towels (weekly), TV, washing machine, heating, air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen, taxes.

Security deposit. When you check in, you will be asked to provide 100.00 Eur as security deposit in cash, which will be returned when you leave the apartment - this is simply a precaution to cover any incidental expenses during your stay.

Cancellation policy. From reservation to 31 days before check in: 0%.
After: 30%.

Credit Cards. No

Times. Check in from 12.00 to 19.00.
The guest must confirm his arrival at least two hours before arriving by phone. If this does not happen the owner will be not responsible for check in delays.
If the guest delays the check in time, he will have to pay the following fees:
- Euro 15.00 for a delay between 19.00 and 22.00
- Additional euro 15.00 for every hour after 22.00.

Check out must be before 10.00 am.
If check out delays are not communicated in time, the guest will pay a "day use fee" which is 50% of the cost per night. If the check out is after 15.00 the amount will be 100% of the cost per night. In both cases the owner is authorized to take the money from the deposit.

If there is any damage found inside the apartment/suite, during the check-out time, will be calculated basing the amount to charge on Casa Daniela Apartment specific price list.
