IN BRIEF. Bramante Apartment is in the historic part of the Borgo and within close proximity to St. Peter's and Castel St. Angelo. It is new and very functional, only few steps lead you to the apartment. The building has been completely updated and is located at the doors to the Vatican City on a beautiful street that is closed to traffic. 50 sqm, 1st floor.

APARTMENTS

The apartment features a dining room which is furnished with table and four chairs; a kitchenette to the right has gas cooktop, fridge, crockery and a window. The bathroom is on the opposite side and features a tub. Further on is the living room with double sofa bed and two large windows with views of the pretty courtyard. Two more steps lead you to the main bedroom with double bed and wardrobe. The apartment also features autonomous heating, washing machine, air-conditioning and colour television.

CONDITIONS

Booking Procedure. The Bramante Apartment can be booked in the same way as a hotel. Simply complete the online booking form and submit. We will back with availability in 36 hrs max by email. You will be asked for your credit card details, this is necessary to make the booking. When your reservation is confirmed you will receive an e-mail confirmation that you will show when you check-in.

What your credit card will be charged at time of booking. Your card will NOT be charged but simply used to guarantee the booking. The card will only be charged if you fail to arrive at the apartment without prior cancellation (see cancellation policy below). At the check in: Full Prepayment (+ Security Deposit) by traveller cheques or cash only.

The cost includes. gas, electricity, water, linen and towels (weekly), TV, taxes and services.

Security deposit. When you check in, you will be asked to provide a security deposit in cash which will be returned when you leave the apartment - this is simply a precaution to cover any incidental expenses during your stay: 100.00 Eur for stays of max 5 days; 250.00 Eur for stays of 6 days or more.

Cancellation policy. From reservation to 12 days before check in: 0%. From 11 to 07 days before check in: 50%. After: 100%.

Credit Cards.

Times. During the week, check in from 1500 to by 1900.
The guest must confirm his arrival at least two hours before arriving by phone. If this does not happen the owner will be not responsible for check in delays.
If the guest delays the check in time, he will have to pay the following fees:
- Euro 15.00 for a delay between 7.00 pm and 10.00 pm
- Additional euro 15.00 for every hour after 10.00 pm.
On Sundays and public holidays the check-in must be before 7.00 pm and it has an additional cost of euro 15.00.

Check out must be before 10.00 am.
If check out delays are not communicated in time, the guest will pay a "day use fee" which is 50% of the cost per night. If the check out is after 3.00 pm the amount will be 100% of the cost per night. In both cases the owner is authorized to take the money from the deposit

If there is any damage found inside the apartment/suite, during the check-out time, will be calculated basing the amount to charge on Bramante Apartment specific price list.
